Goto Woodelf Village in the Northen Forests
If you are evil you go in through a secrect passage (search down) in the bears cave
Collect the heads of 10 elfs (they drop often but not every time)
Collect the head of the Woodelf Lord (his head drops each time you kill him)
Goto Balthazar
DO NOT attempt the last step unless you have all 10 heads and the lord's head (you will lose them if you don't have them all)
Ask Bal return
Quest Complete, you will get a stat enhancment that varies for each class along with 2 million exp
